WGC delivered two Kleinfelder build-outs in California: a purpose-built industrial materials testing shop and a modern corporate office. The shop features durable lab flooring, dedicated power/controls, stainless exhaust and makeup air, and full safety fixtures—planned for clean, efficient workflows. The office adds glass-fronted conference rooms, polished floors, exposed-ceiling MEP, and integrated AV. One team, two missions—WGC coordinated specialty trades and commissioning to turn both spaces over smoothly.

For five years, Steve Williamson served as a trusted partner to McDonnell Douglas Aircraft in multiple California facilities, delivering multi-millions of dollars in time-and-materials projects across active production and office environments. With a permanent on-site office, his team moved seamlessly between precision aerospace infrastructure and high-finish corporate spaces—where speed, safety, and documentation mattered as much as craftsmanship.

On the production side, we built the C-17 lighting mock-up room, installed and upgraded titanium etching tanks with chemical-resistant containment and ventilation, and delivered major electrical, mechanical, and plumbing projects in multiple facilities without disrupting critical operations. Across the assembly buildings, we created cubicles and raised offices tailored to shift workflows and tooling clearances, then followed through with full finishes renovations.

Upstairs, WGC completed executive spaces—including the 9th-floor presidential and VP offices—balancing refined materials with robust building systems and security requirements. Throughout, we coordinated complex shutdowns, managed rapid approvals, and maintained rigorous QA/QC so each turnover happened cleanly and on schedule.

Williamson General Contracting, Inc. has successfully completed many office building tenant improvement projects, and ADP is a strong example of our capabilities. This project required extensive coordination, as construction took place exclusively during off-hours while the ADP staff continued their normal work shifts uninterrupted. Each morning, we delivered a clean, functional environment ready for business, only to resume construction work again in the evening.

In the executive offices, our team went above and beyond by photographing every desk and carefully restaging each office nightly—down to the placement of paperclips—after performing ceiling, wall, and floor work. The result was so seamless that several executives remarked they hadn’t realized construction had already taken place in their offices. The project highlighted our ability to execute with precision, discretion, and a commitment to minimizing disruption, delivering an impressive outcome for ADP.

We proudly delivered a beautiful Hallmark Gold Crown at Fashion Island—warm, light-filled, and crafted for celebration. Custom millwork, soft lighting, and gleaming fixtures frame seasonal displays, cards, and gifts, while an easy, circular layout guides guests from keepsakes to the wrap bar. Thoughtful details and crisp execution make this location as polished and heartfelt as the moments it helps celebrate.

We delivered this clinic as a true design-build, cost-plus project, guiding it from space planning to final punch. The layout prioritizes smooth patient flow: welcoming reception and waiting, private treatment bays, an efficient rehab area, and upgraded X-ray/utility rooms. Warm finishes, durable healthcare surfaces, and soft lighting create a calm, professional feel, while new HVAC, electrical, ADA, and life-safety upgrades future-proof the space. Working closely with the doctor, we tracked transparent costs, fast-tracked permits, and opened on schedule—turning a vision into a comfortable, high-performing practice.

We delivered a turnkey build-out for a flight-simulator training facility—combining high-bay simulator facility with modern offices and classrooms. Work included reinforced, low-vibration foundations and pits for motion-base simulators; dedicated 480V/clean power with UPS; close-control HVAC; acoustics and light control; and upgraded life-safety systems. We sequenced construction around simulator delivery and commissioning, coordinating closely with the manufacturer to keep training schedules on track. The result: a quiet, reliable environment that looks professional out front and runs like an industrial plant behind the scenes.
