Ruby Red’s BBQ – Original Flagship Build
Williamson General Contracting brought Ruby Red’s BBQ to life with an unmistakable blend of elegance and old-world craftsmanship. From hand-built Victorian millwork to warm, layered lighting and custom carpentry throughout, the flagship location reflects our commitment to creating spaces that feel both elevated and inviting. Every detail—fireplace surrounds, live-edge wood features, period-inspired décor—was crafted to support the brand’s rich identity and premium dining experience. The result is a stunning, one-of-a-kind restaurant that showcases WGC’s ability to blend originality, beauty, and function into a signature space.
Our president, Steve Williamson, is the founder, developer, designer, millworker, and proud owner of the Ruby Red’s BBQ Corporation.
Sweet Red Peach – Bakery Buildout
WGC transformed an aging storefront into a bright, efficient bakery with a fully equipped commercial kitchen and refreshed guest-facing space. Clean finishes, upgraded systems, and a smart production layout now support Sweet Red Peach’s high-volume baking and elevated customer experience.
White Lyon
Launching White Lyon’s first ice cream & cookie shop was a true collaboration. We partnered with the founders from day one—translating their “desserts that bring joy” mantra into a bright, modern space with big round pendants, terrazzo-inspired counters, and that bold JOY feature wall. We opened the kitchen sightline for theater, planned an efficient scooping line, and layered in flexible seating—lounge booths, high-top communal tables, and kid-friendly nooks—so the store hums on slow afternoons and packed weekend nights alike. Durable finishes stand up to traffic; playful details (plants, neon, curated art) make it instantly Instagrammable. The result: a welcoming neighborhood hangout that feels fresh, fun, and uniquely White Lyon.
Remedy Place
We built the first Remedy Place in West Hollywood, the flagship that launched what founder Dr. Jonathan Leary calls the world’s first “social wellness club.” The concept blends ancient practices with modern tech—think ice baths and contrast therapy, IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared saunas, acupuncture, and more—in a design-forward space meant for connection as much as recovery. Our work helped bring that vision to life in LA: a calm, meticulously crafted club where people socialize, reset, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.
Reading Glass Express – Southern California Launch
WGC partnered with a successful entrepreneur to take Reading Glass Express from concept to reality, building multiple Southern California locations on fast-track schedules. We transformed vanilla shells into bright, minimalist boutiques with frameless glass entries, custom signage, illuminated frame walls and tailored millwork.
Melt Gelato
We built Melt Gelato’s first location at Topanga Plaza—a sleek, open-air kiosk that showcases the product like jewelry in a case. Tight coordination of utilities, refrigeration, and lighting in the middle of the mall let us deliver a spotless, high-volume scooping line with zero disruption to shoppers. Sweet, efficient, and ready for rushes from day one.
Jewel
Jewel entrusted us to bring its refined, high-end aesthetic to life across two flagship locations. Working closely with the brand’s designers, we delivered serene, gallery-like boutiques with luminous lighting, tailored millwork, and seamless glass entries that showcase the collections like art. From precision fixtures to luxe fitting rooms and back-of-house efficiencies, each store was built to the same exacting standard—elevated, consistent, and ready for discerning clientele from day one.
Jinkey’s Chili
Jinky’s Chili was a one-location, fast-casual build we delivered from shell to serve. We installed a high-output stainless cookline under a CaptiveAire hood, custom quartz service counter with full glass sneeze guard, and bright LED menu boards with pendant lighting. Durable finishes and an efficient order-to-pickup flow make the compact space punch above its size—opening on time and health-dept ready for their breakfast-all-day and signature chili.
Jacadi
We delivered Jacadi’s first California boutique—a petite, Parisian jewel box for fine children’s clothing. Powder-blue millwork, crisp white paneling, and brass details framed classic window vignettes, while soft lighting and low fixtures kept the space elegant and kid-friendly. Behind the refined look, we optimized back-of-house and sightlines for seamless service. The result: a graceful West Coast debut that felt unmistakably Jacadi.
Ci’ Beverly Hills – Beverly Center
Williamson General Contracting, Inc. was proud to construct Ci’ Beverly Hills, a high-end furniture and art gallery located in the Beverly Center. This project required a refined balance of craftsmanship and precision, with finishes that elevated the space into an elegant showcase. Venetian plaster walls, bespoke millwork, and a large floating soffit ceiling combined to create an environment of modern sophistication. Special lighting design and crisp architectural lines provided a clean, understated canvas that allowed the owner’s curated art and furnishings to take center stage. Every detail was executed to the highest standard, resulting in a gallery that embodies both luxury and artistry.
Bericup – The Oaks
WGC delivered a bright, turnkey frozen-yogurt build at The Oaks: glossy lime-green bar with stone tops, clear sneeze guards, and a self-serve machine wall meeting health-department standards. We coordinated power, refrigeration lines, and quiet HVAC under the atrium’s sweeping staircase—handing over a clean, photo-ready kiosk that runs as smoothly as it looks.
Harvest Bar
We delivered the first Harvest Bar—a bright, minimalist superfood café—bringing their fresh, plant-forward concept to life with clean lines, warm wood, and an efficient open-line build. Designed for speed and wellness, the space showcased açaí and pitaya smoothie bowls, blended-to-order drinks, and savory vegan bowls, giving guests a crisp, modern setting that matched the brand’s “nutritious, energizing” ethos.
Cookie Co. – One-Off Build
WGC transformed a tired inline space into a crisp, modern bakery for Cookie Co.—clean white subway tile, warm wood cashwrap, quartz service counters, and matte-black pendant lighting. Behind the smiley brand, we delivered health-department–ready MEP: new grease interceptor tie-ins, upgraded electrical for ovens/proofers, balanced HVAC, and POS/data. The result is a bright, simple shop that bakes efficiently and looks great from the sidewalk—opened on schedule and ready to serve.
Donut Bar – Riverside (One-Off)
WGC transformed a dated storefront into a showpiece bakery: glossy subway tile, hot-pink brand band, a 30-foot custom pastry line with sneeze guards, and track lighting that makes every donut pop. Behind the smiles we upgraded power, hood/suppression, and refrigeration, tuned HVAC, and sailed through health-department inspections. The result—bright, efficient, and built for lines out the door.
Franco’s Pizza
Franco’s Pizza was our one-off slice shop in Cerritos Mall—neon sign, checkerboard tile, and an open kitchen that moved dough-to-oven fast. A classic mall slice joint, built durable and made for rush-hour flow.
I Love Juice Bar
Our team delivered the first—and only—I Love Juice Bar in California, transforming a compact corner storefront into a bright, plant-forward space that puts fresh ingredients on display. We fast-tracked build-out of the open prep line, upgraded MEP for cold-press equipment, and crafted a clean, modern look with black steel, reclaimed wood, and greenery. The big window wall, custom signage, and patio string lights create an inviting indoor-outdoor vibe—perfect for juices, smoothies, and cleanses that match the healthy energy of the neighborhood.
