We partnered with The Walking Co. on a multi-store rollout, turning their “comfort in nature” concept into buildable reality across California malls. From the signature birch-tree entries and stone feature walls to warm woods, museum-style shoe pedestals, and soft, even lighting, our team refined the prototype and repeated it flawlessly in tight, live-mall schedules. We coordinated long-lead millwork, specialty glazing, and custom fixtures so every store opened with the same calm, upscale feel—no matter the footprint. The result: inviting, gallery-like spaces that showcase premium footwear and accessories while walking customers straight into a brand experience.
Williamson General Contracting, Inc. was fortunate to partner with Fitigues, a unique high-end boutique clothing brand, from its early days. As Fitigues expanded across the country, we collaborated closely with ownership and Harry Swihart Architects to construct numerous locations, each with its own beautiful outcome. The stores reflected the brand’s signature sophistication and boutique character, creating the perfect backdrop for their luxury casual apparel. Our team valued the opportunity to work alongside such visionary people and to help bring the Fitigues retail experience to life during its expansion.
We led the multi-site rollout of Naartjie, a high-end children’s clothier known for bold color, layered collections, and playful window stories.
Our team standardized a light, kid-friendly palette—mint trims, blonde wood, and soft lighting—then adapted it to a range of footprints, from inline mall stores to corner glass fronts.
Custom millwork, flexible rounders, and low fixture heights kept product within a child’s reach while preserving premium presentation for parents.
Delivered on fast retail timelines, the fleet opened in sequence with consistent brand cues and local touches, bringing the Naartjie look to multiple markets.

Behind the scenes, we upgraded MEP systems, coordinated sprinkler/HVAC revisions, and integrated POS/data/security—navigating landlord criteria and inspections to turn the space over clean, on schedule, and ready for merchandising.
We delivered the first—and only—Silhouette boutique at Brea Mall, turning a blank inline shell into a crisp, glass-front fashion space. Clean lines, pale finishes, and gallery lighting highlight the apparel, while custom fixtures and generous fitting rooms streamline the shopper flow. Working around mall hours, we fast-tracked permits, utilities, and storefront engineering to open on schedule. One elegant build, purpose-made for a brand debut.
WGC delivered multiple Morgan of Paris (Morgan) stores across California, fast-tracking both new build-outs and remodels in malls and lifestyle centers. WGC delivered the At-Ease luxury boutique at Fashion Island with a fast, clean build that matches the brand’s refined ease. We crafted a frameless glass storefront with discreet illuminated signage; inside, white-oak herringbone floors, plaster-finish walls, and custom metal-and-wood fixtures showcase the apparel without visual noise. Behind the scenes we upgraded MEP, integrated lighting controls and AV/security, and built elegant fitting rooms and efficient stock/back-of-house. Coordinating closely with Fashion Island criteria and city inspections, we turned the space over on schedule—polished, quiet, and ready to merchandise.
Williamson General Contracting (WGC) partnered early with United Colors of Benetton on their mall expansion across the Western U.S., working directly with Andrea Rossetto, Benetton’s U.S. representative leader. Our precise execution of the brand prototype—paired with our ability to adapt it to each mall’s constraints—led Benetton to select WGC as general contractor for the rollout.
Across many locations, we delivered fast-track build-outs that met aggressive lease dates: demolition and MEP upgrades, custom millwork, storefront systems, and lighting packages that showcased Benetton’s color-driven merchandising. We coordinated landlord approvals, permitting, imported fixtures, and frequent night work to keep centers operating without disruption. The result: a consistent series of beautiful, high-performing stores that reflected Benetton’s modern, minimalist aesthetic and WGC’s commitment to craftsmanship, schedule, and detail.
We love building Roberto Cavalli. Every store is a master class in luxury detailing—polished brass frameworks, mirror-polished steel, sculpted stone, leather-wrapped fixtures, and couture-level millwork. The standards are exacting, tolerances tight, and lighting meticulously tuned to make the textiles glow. It’s the kind of craftsmanship challenge we live for: coordinating premium materials, flawless glazing, and precision installations to deliver that signature Cavalli drama—sleek, opulent, and absolutely immaculate.
